IcoSudoku 3D Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in IcoSudoku 3D, an Android application provided by eugamestr. By using the application, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

2. Information stored locally by the app

IcoSudoku 3D does not create user accounts and does not ask for your name, phone number, or postal address. Game progress, win count, selected game mode, current puzzle, and hint data are stored locally on your device and are not sent to eugamestr servers.

Clearing the app’s data in Android settings or uninstalling it may delete local game progress.

3. Advertising and third-party services

The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display rewarded and interstitial ads. For advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention, Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share information such as approximate location inferred from the IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers.

4. Consent and privacy choices

The app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present advertising privacy messages and manage your choices when required in your region. Ad requests are made only when the current consent status permits them. Where required, you can reopen privacy choices from the privacy option available on the in-app “How to Play” screen.

5. Security and international processing

Information transmitted by Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit. Google and its service providers may process information outside your country. Such processing is governed by the privacy and security practices of the relevant service provider.

6. Children’s privacy

IcoSudoku 3D is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe information relating to a child has been processed improperly.

7. Your rights and contact

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, or withdraw consent concerning personal data. Because the app has no account system, eugamestr cannot associate local game progress with an identifiable user account.
